While studying at Rikkyo University, he studied fashion design at Coconogacco, a school established by Yoshikazu Yamagata of Written Afterwards. After graduating, he enrolled at Central Saint Martins in the UK and majored in knitwear design. He develops knitwear-focused items incorporating textures that reflect his current mood.

During his time at university, he interned with the design teams of Thom Browne and Ports 1961. After graduating, he gained experience as a designer for domestic brands, and will launch his own brand, Furus, in the spring/summer 2022 season.

In 2023, selected as the JFW NEXT BRAND AWARD 2024.
